It's our lovely Jacy's birthday on Saturday so to make it extra special we're running a birthday competition on Twitter.

If you tweet 'Happy Birthday' to Jacy on Friday 16th December on any of our Twitter accounts - @jacyandjools, @jjkitsch or @makeawishco - you will be entered into the draw. At midnight, as her birthday begins, the first 5 people out of the hat will receive a free 'Make A Wish' bracelet!

Don't worry if you miss out on the Twitter draw though. On Saturday we are at the Wilmslow Artisan Market on Grove Street from 10 - 4 and anyone who sings 'Happy Birthday' to Jacy will receive a free 'Make A Wish' bracelet with their purchase!

Ooh la la Miss Hepburn!

We've just finished some gorgeous new items today.  They'll be arriving on the web site very soon so keep a look out for them!  Until then, if you're out and about in Manchester on Sunday make sure you pop down to the first ever Castlefield Artisan Market between 10am and 4pm at the corner of Duke Street and Castle Street behind Dukes92.  We'll have all our latest items and some old favourites as well as fabulous items from our sister site Jacy & Jools

We have lovely domed glass cabochons featuring Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe, pictured left, and mounted in silver plated rings and gold plated brooches.  We also have super cute retro Eiffel Tower domed glass cabochons mounted in gold plated frames with a gold plated chain.  Very 'ooh la la'.

Hair today .... gone tomorrow!

We're off to the Prestwich Vintage Life Extravaganza today and have lots of lovely new items to take with us.

We have our new Autumn/Winter Collection of our every popular Jay-Jay bows with some lovely autumnal shades.

We also have some lovely new 'Love Beads Collection' bracelets in some lovely vibrant colours of semi-precious stones and some great new button rings in animal prints patterns.

Look out also for our fabulous new red oversized acrylic rose ring - you can't miss it really!

Here's wishing....

We had a fantastic weekend at our first Wilmslow Artisan Market and our regular Altrincham Craft & Vintage.  Our new large key Love Beads bracelets we showed you in our last blog were extremely popular and we very nearly sold out.  We completely sold out of our ever popular Make A Wish bracelets so let's hope it's a while before any of them wear out otherwise there'll be some very busy fairies making wishes come true!

Both markets were very busy and it was lovely to see so many new customers and to welcome back so many regulars too at Altrincham.  Everyone was rushed off their feet including our lovely friend Louise of Retro-Rimella , the fabulous ladies at 3 Thimbles and new neighbours Gail and Kristen of Tinkers Handmade

So, back to the business of making jewellery today and posting out pretty packages to our lovely website customers!

The key to a great day!

We're looking forward to a fab day tomorrow at our first Wilmslow Artisan Market and hoping this new range in our Love Beads Collection is the key to success!  These colourful semi-precious bead bracelets really make a statement with their gorgeous beads and large silver and gold plated key charms.   Despite being very organised and all packed up and ready to go, when a shipment of beads arrived earlier than expected we couldn't help ourselves and just had to try out a few designs.  We hope you like them and hope you'll come and say hello at Wilmslow or at the Altrincham Vintage and Craft market on Sunday! x

One of our items which always prove extremely popular at the various events and markets we attend are our gorgeous wired Jay-Jay hair bows.  They are available in many different colours and prints and at only £2.50 each you can afford to treat yourself.  So, keep up with demand we've introduced three new prints, pictured below, which will be available at the Wilmslow Artisan Market on 17th September and Altrincham Vintage Market on the 18th!
